These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website lifehip.world and the physical activity studio services offered by Lifehip under the Daily Movement brand at Pieter Braaijweg 203, 1114 AJ Amsterdam, Netherlands. By accessing our website, purchasing session offers, or attending any session at our studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply: "We," "us," and "our" refer to Lifehip. "You" and "your" refer to the website visitor, member, or session participant. "Services" refer to all physical activity programmes, group classes, personal coaching sessions, studio facilities, and related offerings provided at Daily Movement. "Session Offers" refer to our published programmes including the Foundation Flow Pass, Group Movement Bundle, and Personal Mobility Coaching. "Website" refers to lifehip.world and all associated pages.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use our services, you must be at least eighteen years of age or have verifiable parental or guardian consent. When registering for session offers or booking classes, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account by contacting us at +31881701500 or through our contact form.

3. Session Offers and Pricing

All session offers, prices, and programme descriptions displayed on lifehip.world are subject to availability and may be updated without prior notice. Prices are stated in euros and include applicable VAT unless otherwise indicated. Current published prices include the Foundation Flow Pass at €49 per month, the Group Movement Bundle at €95 for ten sessions, and Personal Mobility Coaching at €72 per session. Purchase of any session offer constitutes acceptance of the specific terms associated with that offer as described on our session offers page and in our Return Policy. Trial sessions, where offered, are subject to separate one-time pricing and availability restrictions.

4. Bookings, Attendance, and Cancellations

Session bookings may be made through our website contact form, by telephone, or in person at the studio. You are expected to arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled session. Late arrivals may not be admitted if the session has commenced, and no refund or credit will be issued for missed portions. Cancellations of booked sessions must be made at least twelve hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of the session credit. For Personal Mobility Coaching, a minimum of twenty-four hours notice is required. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in suspension of booking privileges. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to coach illness, studio maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances, in which case affected members will be notified and offered rescheduling or credit.

5. Studio Rules and Conduct

All members and visitors must conduct themselves respectfully toward coaches, staff, and fellow participants. The following rules apply at all times within the Daily Movement studio premises:

• Appropriate athletic attire and clean indoor footwear or bare feet as directed by coaches must be worn during sessions.
• Personal belongings should be stored in designated locker areas. Lifehip is not liable for lost or stolen items.
• Members must inform coaches of any physical limitations, injuries, or conditions that may affect participation before each session.
• The use of mobile phones during sessions is prohibited except in emergencies.
• Smoking, vaping, and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited on studio premises.
• Recording or photographing other participants without their explicit consent is not permitted.
• Equipment must be used as instructed and returned to designated areas after use.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate membership without refund for behaviour that endangers the safety, comfort, or wellbeing of others, or that violates these Terms.

6. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Physical activity involves inherent risks. By participating in any session at Daily Movement, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging in physical activity and assume full responsibility for your health and safety. You represent that you are physically capable of participating in the sessions you book and that you have consulted an appropriate professional if you have any concerns about your ability to participate. Our coaches provide guidance and instruction but do not guarantee specific fitness outcomes. Lifehip is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow coach instructions, pre-existing conditions not disclosed to staff, or participation beyond your physical capabilities. Emergency contact information must be provided upon registration and kept current.

7. Website Use and Intellectual Property

All content on lifehip.world, including text, images, logos, session descriptions, graphics, and software, is the property of Lifehip or its licensors and is protected by Netherlands and international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any website content without our prior written consent. The Lifehip name and Daily Movement branding may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours without express authorisation.

8. Prohibited Use of the Website

You agree not to use lifehip.world for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website. Prohibited activities include attempting unauthorised access to our systems or member data, transmitting malware or harmful code, scraping or harvesting data without permission, impersonating Lifehip or its staff, submitting false or misleading information through our contact form, and using automated systems to access the website in a manner that exceeds reasonable use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lifehip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific session offer giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Netherlands law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lifehip, its coaches, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our website or studio facilities, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or your participation in sessions contrary to coach instructions or without disclosing relevant health information.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution is not reached within thirty days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands. As a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Material changes affecting active session offers or memberships will be communicated to affected members via email or studio notice at least fourteen days before taking effect. Your continued use of our website or services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.

13. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lifehip regarding the use of our website and services, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.
